As human beings our brain is constantly looking for rewards, pleasure and experience.
When we lived in the jungle, traveling, moving out, playing and hunting were sources of pleasure and reward system. Sex was also a pleasurable activity.
But in modern times, we have taken away all sources of gratification, reward and pleasure.
People live in nuclear families, sometimes only around single parents.
Now this is all very counter productive because children need that environment where they can play, be engaged.
Result? they use what’s available and that is TV and Mobile phones
How much are children to be blamed for this?
If you really want them to stop doing it. You should rather give them space, build things art work, interaction etc.
