Why schooling and hard work is useless in 21st centuary

Lets face it, we send our children to school for economical survival . That is number 1 reason.

There are two types of tasks and approaches

1. Straight thinking tasks
2. Complex/creative tasks

Now, for straight thinking tasks, hard work does better. The harder you work.

You can be trained for hard work rather easy, but its not straight forward to learn how to be creative.
